Dr Victoria Conn is a dedicated and experienced dentist with seven years of post-graduate practice across a wide range of clinical settings. She began her career in a sedation clinic serving a high-needs community, developing a calm, patient-centred approach to care. She later transitioned into locum work across the West Midlands, gaining broad experience before working in a predominantly private practice in central Oxford, while continuing to provide NHS care in Cowley.
Following maternity leave, Dr Conn further expanded her skillset while locuming in the Royal Air Force, contributing to the dental fitness of deployable personnel. Her clinical philosophy focuses on delivering effective, minimally invasive treatment tailored to each patient’s individual needs, preferences, and financial considerations, ranging from purely functional care to comprehensive full-mouth improvements.
Victoria is currently expanding her expertise in Invisalign and facial aesthetics, reflecting her commitment to offering modern, well-rounded treatment options. She is delighted to have joined Witney Smiles Clinic, where she looks forward to contributing to its growth and development, drawing on her experience across varied practice environments.
Outside of dentistry, Victoria has a musical background and enjoys sharing this passion with her young child.
